Through this website we only process what you submit yourself, plus limited technical data:
Contact and demo requests: name, email address, phone number, company name and the content of your message.
Website use: pages visited, time, referring source, approximate country or region and device type.
Technical logs from our hosting provider, including a truncated IP address, needed for security and availability.
We use requests to contact you and prepare a demo or quote, based on your request and our legitimate interest in responding to business interest.
We use website statistics to improve the site. Without your consent we measure cookieless and anonymised; full analytics is only enabled after you accept.
We never sell data. We do use processors acting on our behalf:
Our hosting and database provider, running the website and storing requests (servers within the EU).
Pipedrive, our CRM, where demo and contact requests are recorded.
Resend, for sending emails that follow from a request.
Google Analytics, for website statistics, with IP truncation and without advertising signals.
Requests are kept for at most 24 months after the last contact, unless a customer relationship starts; then the contract terms and the seven-year statutory tax retention apply. Statistics are kept for at most 14 months.
You can request access, correction, deletion or transfer of your data and object to processing. Send your request to info@geovoice.nl; we respond within four weeks. You may also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
Data is transmitted and stored encrypted, access is limited to staff who need it, and administrator access is protected with two-factor authentication.
