BUILD YOUR LICENCES
A GeoVoice licence belongs to a device, not to a person: you can move it to another field worker or another phone. For the office you take a GeoDesk licence per named user: one consultant with their own account. Together they set your price. We invoice annually in advance.

GETTING STARTED
Nobody moves all their field work over at once. You run with a few field workers on real projects, alongside your current package, and decide afterwards.
WEEK 0
We get your agency ready: standards, code lists and your own terminology. That costs you one afternoon.
WEEK 1
One of us goes into the field with your field workers, on a real project.
WEEK 2 – 7
Your pilot group works in GeoVoice and keeps your current package alongside. No risk of a half-finished project.
WEEK 8
We put the hours and the lead time next to your old figures. If it does not suit you, it stops at no cost.
TERMS
What does the pilot cost?
The eight-week pilot is free, up to five users. Setup and joining you in the field are included. If you continue afterwards, the first month is deducted.
What is the notice period?
A licence runs for a year and can be cancelled up to one month before the renewal date. After cancellation your data stays available for export for six months, unless agreed otherwise.
How quickly are we live?
GeoVoice within a week: accounts, standards and code lists take an afternoon. GeoDesk with migration of ongoing projects takes two to four weeks.
Who does the data migration?
We do. You supply your existing projects as they are, in SIKB0101, a TerraIndex export or Excel. With a tailored quote that is included in the price.
Who owns the data?
You do. Your agency remains the owner of all project data, recordings and reports. We do not use your project data to train models for others.
Can we run alongside our current package?
Yes, for as long as you like. The results can be imported into TerraIndex, BRO and SIKB0101, so you do not have to switch to get started.
